I don’t have the heart, or energy, to form complete sentences. Nouns, verbs, punctuation. Blerg. Here are some quicks notes about last night’s loss to Cleveland
- Trent Edwards– you were not very good last night. You cowardice in not throwing the ball more than 10 yards, neigh 5 yards, after the second quarter is directly responsible for the Bills loss.
- Marshawn- you have to be thrilled that you broke a couple of big runs towards the end of the game, otherwise, people might be calling for Fred Jackson to get more carries. Enough of that razzle dazzle dancing crap. Just hit the hole.
- I am not as upset as some with the coaching staff after last night’s game. Sure, the shotgun, no backfield, call on third and one was horrendous. After that, well, I like how we stuck the the running game. It might not have worked every time, but, at least for yesterday, you had to take the ball out of Edwards’ hands.
- The defense kept us in a game that we did not belong in for much longer than we deserved.
- Ledois, you are getting better.
- James Hardy – don’t complain about not getting playing time. We are not throwing the ball to you, and you cannot run block so there is no purpose to you playing.
- Trent- stop throwing to Robert Royal. The other team knows that have some sort of weird man crush on him. That is why on 50% of the balls that you threw towards him were picked off yesterday.
Honestly, we could go on and on listing how awful the Bills looked yesterday. We could lay blame on any number of people. I, however, will place it squarely on the shoulders of one man; Trent Edwards.
Sorry Trent, but I am mad as hell and I have to blame someone.
There is always next season.
